 Proposed regulatory changes: dispute resolution files   The Ministry of Finance posted proposed regulation changes for comment  regarding transferring remaining dispute resolution files from FSCO to the Licence Appeal Tribunal. Comments were accepted until April 1, 2019.   Auto Insurance Dispute Resolution Service In June 2020, DRS, as administered by FSCO, ceased operations and the Ministry of Finance took responsibility for DRS records, including decisions. No DRS functions or records were transferred to FSRA. For requests related to the DRS, please contact the Ministry of Finance at AHSC@ontario.ca.The License Appeal Tribunal (LAT) assumed responsibility for all Ontario statutory accident benefits auto insurance dispute cases filed after April 2016.
