Rescheduling Requests: If your file is in the locked stage (50 days since assignment to the eCalendar or a mediator has already been appointed), all rescheduling requests will now be required to be submitted by email to mediationadjournment@fsco.gov.on.ca. The email should contain the claimant’s name, FSCO file number, and the reason for the request. FSCO will review the request and respond to parties.
The DRS eCalendar allows parties to book mediation and manage mediation files online.
