ON OR ABOUT December 5, 2017, the Superintendent of Financial Services issued a Notice of Intended Decision in respect of the Former Banner Corp. Pension Plan for Unionized Employees, Registration Number 0249268, to consent, pursuant to section 62.1(5) of the PBA, to payment out of the Plan to Former Banner Corp. in the amount of $85,668 as at April 30, 2015, with no adjustments to the date of payment.

Pension Plan for Unionized Employees to Former Banner Corp. in the amount of $85,668 as at April 30, 2015, with no adjustments to the date of payment.
