CONSENT

ON OR ABOUT July 18, 2018, the Superintendent of Financial Services issued a Notice of Intended Decision in respect of the Lakeside Steel Corporation Retirement Plan for Salaried Employees, Registration Number 1144179, to consent, pursuant to section 62.1(5) of the PBA, to payment out of the Plan to Atlas Tube Canada ULC in the amount of $67,189.64.
